Mommy Mumbles

Super Husband

Yesterday was one of those days when my husband was wonderful.

As ya'll know we are having financial problems and I think that it really hit him yesterday. The night before last my husband went to his janitorial job from 5:30 at night until 9:00 that night. Then he went to his McDonald's job from 9:30 until 6:00 the next morning.

When he woke up at 11:00, having only had about 5 and a half hours sleep, he went to his janitorial job again until 2:00. Then he took me around town for about an hour, so I could do a little work for my Avon business and took me and the kids home. By this point he was a walking zombie, but listen to what else my sweet heart did.

He went and mowed two peoples lawns so that we can get some more cash. After that he watched the kids, while I got dressed to go to my best friends birthday party.

Well, last minute me and my sister needed to go to the store to buy my best friend a gift. We are off, leaving Ray with the responsibility of watching, cleaning up and dressing the kids: all while he had to dress and shower him self as well.

So now we were all at the birthday party and he had been doing a super job with the kids. Ten minutes after me and my sister got there he left to go back to work at McDonald's until twelve that night.

That is what I call Super Husband.

Husbands

Husbands can REALLY get on your nerves, can't they???

My husband and I had an argument this afternoon, because I had told him several things and he had took them to mean something completely different.

He tells me:
" I listened, I did! I just listened the wrong way."

Apparently there is more than just one way to listen.
I wonder if I could hire a translator for us...

MONEY!

Our family is going through a really bad financial time, of which I'm sure that most families are as well, right now.

We are doing everything we can, to keep from having to sell our trailer and move in with my dad; all four of us. He has a full house as it is. I really hope we can pull out out of this.

My husband has been laid off of three jobs in the last eight months. His second job isn't giving him any hours. But we have hope. He has a new day job and a new night job set up. We just have to make it through the next month of those jobs starting and paychecks being held.

I have also started selling Avon. If anyone would like to purchase some products let me know! : ) I'll put all my info on the bottom of this post. Ya'll pray for us.
